Pride World Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.

We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. What Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information when you use Pride World:

• Account information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and any display name you provide.
• Gameplay and usage data: Spin counts, Gem balances, level and XP progress, story chapters unlocked, daily mission activity, session durations, and feature interactions (e.g. voluntary spending limits you set).
• Device and technical data: Browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, IP address, and general geographic region (country/state level). We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Purchase data: Records of Gem pack purchases including the pack tier, date, and amount paid. Card payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe (see Section 3).
• Support communications: If you contact us by email, we retain those communications to respond to your request and improve our service.

2. How We Collect Information

• Directly from you when you register, make a purchase, or contact us.
• Automatically during gameplay via browser local storage (see Section 4) and standard server logs.
• Via Stripe when you complete a purchase (see Section 3).

3. Payments — Stripe

We receive from Stripe only a transaction confirmation, the amount charged, and a Stripe customer reference. This is used solely to credit your Gem balance and maintain our purchase ledger.

4. Local Storage and Cookies

Pride World uses your browser's local storage (not cookies) to save your game state — including your Gem balance, bet preferences, XP and level progress, story chapters unlocked, and voluntary player-care settings — so the game remembers your progress between sessions.

This data is stored only on your device. It is not transmitted to our servers unless you are signed in to a Pride World account. You can clear this data at any time through your browser's site data settings.

We may also use essential session cookies to maintain your login session if you have a registered account. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Pride World platform and its games.
• Save and restore your game progress.
• Process purchases and credit Gems to your account.
• Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• Monitor platform security and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Comply with our legal obligations, including age verification and responsible gaming requirements.
• Analyse aggregate, de-identified usage patterns to improve game design (for example, understanding how players engage with story chapters or player-care features).

6. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

We may share information with trusted service providers (such as Stripe for payments, and web hosting providers) solely to operate the platform, under confidentiality obligations. We do not permit these providers to use your data for their own purposes beyond the service they provide to us.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (for example, purchase transaction records for tax purposes).

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Payment data is secured by Stripe's PCI-DSS compliance. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password if you create a Pride World account and to keep your device secure.

9. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct personal information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, or misleading.
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
• Complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

10. Children's Privacy

Pride World is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a person under 18, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, posting a notice within the platform. Continued use of Pride World after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
